Renu Vitale

This week on the BizWood Podcast I sit down with Renu Vitale, a Ridgewood resident who runs Renu Vitale Coaching. She tells me about the many high-powered and high-paid executives who seem to have it all but are lost on the inside; the loneliness many entrepreneurs struggle with; and how many of us are defined by our past rather than our future. Renu shares her own story of leaving the corporate world to start her own business, along with the periodic pull of that world trying to bring her back. Now she faces her next challenge: how to grow her business and scale it in a way that is meaningful to both her and her clients.
